    I absolutely love this idea, and I think they should revisit it and try to maybe slow down the servos so it flies smoother and maybe help it's flight characteristics

    don't look for a TGY 3750MG servo on the Hobbyking site because that's the incorrect number. Should be TGY375D MG servo

    This is what new electric and lipo airplanes gives us. The ability to build new wacky machines to test out, compared to the ol' gassers that really have to be conventional.

    redo it about half the length of the tail from from to back should be solid. then it would work fine the articulation is to big and to far out of alignment shorten how long the wires are by half. if you can. great effort! i was doing a pterodactyl with a tail i need to make a few minor adjustments and i will post it for you to see. tanks for all you guys do helping everyone.

    Damn, i got this idea for ailerons (wing warping) 4-5 years ago, and i was tended to build it :/ but Right brothers came up with it 100 years ago.. very sad for me 🙁

    Absolutely not. The elevators and control surfaces change the direction of airflow around the plane. It's the same reason that if you hold your hand flat out of a moving car and angle it up you can feel more lift on your hand. You most definitely not changing your CG.

    Also, drag =/= weight.

    Isn't this what control surfaces do? If the elevator rises, it creates more drag at the back of the plane. Drag = weight, and adding the weight of the drag shifts the center of gravity.

    If I'm wrong (I might be) please correct me.
